Conformo Returns
It is your responsibility to contact Conformo if you would like to return your item/items. This can be done by contacting us via email (contact@conformo.co.uk) where we will email back with a returns address. You must raise a returns issue within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will aim to reply within 24 hours. We will not offer coverage for the postage of returning the item to us, or for the fees incurred during the sale, but once received we will issue a refund that should be with you within a few working days if we are happy that the item/items adhere to our refund eligibility (see below). Please keep proof of your postage until the item/items arrive with us.
Refund eligibility
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as you received it and with the protective packaging it was sent in and all original tags attached. You’ll also need receipt of proof of purchase.
We will reserve the right to return your order to you if it does not meet the above criteria.
Delivery charges and fees are non-refundable.
